Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly state the reason for the return and provide all necessary details.

Exchanges
Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service and provide details about the product you would like to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
Exchange Process: Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the original product. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will ship the new product to you.
